The Competition Schedule includes an overview of event formats, entry guidelines, age groups, tests and phases for each discipline, plus the draft event timetable. Detailed daily schedules, draws, and stable & camping allocations will be published closer to the event — so be sure to check back for updates.

Draws

The draft draws — including individual ride times and ring allocations — are now available. Click below to view the latest updates.

  • Draft Draw: Wednesday 24 September
  • Final Draw: Monday 29 September

Please check back regularly, as it is the competitor’s responsibility to stay up to date with any changes.

FAQs

We’ve pulled together answers to the most common questions about arriving, competing, and enjoying the Ranvet 2025 Pony Club Australia National Championships.

From stabling and trot-up requirements to camping, feed orders, and the Awards Night, you’ll find the key details here to help plan your Nationals experience.

  • Interstate competitors may arrive from Monday 29 September after 2pm.

  • Victorian competitors may arrive from Tuesday 30 September.

  • Horses approved to stay off-site must arrive before 8am and depart after 4pm on competition days.

  • Departures are after the final event on Saturday 4 October. Any early departures require approval from your state office.

  • The first Trot Up will take place from 12pm Tuesday 30 September.

  • Order will be by state, then by discipline within the state, starting with Victoria.

  • A second Trot Up will be held on Thursday morning for those with approval. Requests for approval must be made in advance.

  • The full Trot Up timetable will be included in the competitor rider pack.

  • Horse Health Declarations are not required.

  • Temperature checks will not be required.

  • Presentation: Plaiting is recommended but not compulsory. Horses must be washed and neat. Riders are to be in state uniform (polo shirts are acceptable).

  • All competitors who requested powered sites will have them allocated.

  • Hosted by Central Zone of Pony Club Victoria.
  • Pay on the night. Tickets NOT available for pre-purchase.

  • Competitors, please present your lanyard cards provided in your rider bags to validate your meal collection.

State Hubs (marquees) will be located on the Bruno Lawn (see map), to the East of the dressage arenas and next to the Racing Victoria Riders’ Lounge (in the Old Admin Building).

  • A 25% administration fee applies for scratchings after entries close.

  • A valid medical or veterinary certificate must be supplied for cancellations.

  • Feed orders can be placed via Pet, Horse & Farm
  • Order by 12pm for next day delivery (week days only)
  • Online orders preferred

  • Please include stable/yard number and contact name/number.

  • The Awards Night will be held at the Grand Star Conference and Function Centre (499 Grieve Pde, Altona North) on Saturday 4 October at 5.30pm.

  • Overall champions and the Roger Braham Shield will be presented.

  • Transport arrangements: There is plenty of parking available, We also have busses running. Bus tickets are $12.57 p/p (This includes bank fees) and must be prebooked.  
  • Scooters, bicycles, and similar are not permitted near stables, yards, or horse areas.

  • Dogs: Please leave pets at home. Only guide, support, companion, or assistance animals are permitted.

  • Rider bags can be collected from office after 9am on Tuesday 30th September.
  • Pre-ordered Nationals merchandise will be available for collection at the PCA marquee from 2pm Tuesday 30th September. 
  • A limited amount of Nationals merchandise will be available for purchase at the Pony Club Australia marquee in the trade village. We will also take orders.

Stable & Camping Allocations

Stabling, yard, and camping allocations for the Nationals have now been published on this page. Please check your allocation carefully before arrival.

All camping and fire protocols must be followed.

Bedding Requirements

Only sawdust or shavings are permitted to be used at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre. Please book your bedding online directly through the venue.
